  • If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 calendar days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.
  • To qualify:
    • The request must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction.

    • The refund request must include your order ID, account email, and a brief description of the reason (optional).

2. Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Setup or onboarding fees (unless stated otherwise in writing)
  • Custom development, integrations, or consulting services that have been delivered
  • Domain registrations, third-party licenses, or services provided by external vendors
  • Renewals of monthly or annual subscriptions unless cancelled within 48 hours of renewal
  • Service interruptions or downtime caused by third-party providers or user misconfiguration

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, unless covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
